Is Bluey Mobile Health Group NDIS Registered?

Yes, we are NDIS registered. We are able to work with self managed, plan managed and NDIA managed participants.

Can Bluey Mobile Health Group work with my Private Health insurerance?

Yes, Bluey Mobile Health Group is able to work with a wide range of private health funds – your out of pocket expense will vary depending on your level of cover. We will provide you with a full receipt following payment to allow you to make a claim directly with your private health insurance provider.

Are EPC Care plans accepted?

Yes, Bluey Mobile Health Group is able to work with your valid EPC referral. Full payment is required prior to your appointment. We are able to process your medicare rebate on your behalf following your appointment. 

Are DVA referrals accepted?

Yes, Bluey Mobile Health Group is able to accept DVA referrals. To ensure that your area is covered and able to be visited by one of our practitioners under your DVA referral, please inquire with our friendly team.

What are the costs of each Home Visit allied health service?

This will vary depending on your unique needs and situation. Please contact our friendly team for a fast quote. 

What areas of Melbourne and Geelong do you service?

We have practitioners located all over Melbourne and Geelong. This enables us to visit our patients in all metro areas of Melbourne and Geelong.

What do I need for my appointment?

Our friendly practitioners bring everything needed for your consult. We aim to provide a clinical level of treatment in the comfort of your own home, so you dont need to supply anything – just like a normal appointment.

How long does an appointment last?

Your appointment length will vary depending on the requirements of your treatment. All initial appointments are scheduled for an hour, however you will only be charged for what is required. This allows our practitioners to provide the highest level of care with out your appointment being rushed. Subsequent appointment are scheduled for 30, 45 or 60 minutes depending on your particular requirements. 

What are the wait times for an appointment?

We aim to keep all wait times to a minimum, ensuring that we have immediate availabilities for urgent cases. Please ensure you let our team know if your appointment is urgent when you are scheduling your appointment.

How do I schedule an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Reminders (text message or phone call) for appointments with Bluey Mobile Health Group will take place 2-3 days prior to the appointment
  • It is the client and/or case manager’s responsibility to advise if a client needs to
    cancel/reschedule an appointment after the appointment has been made
  • If a cancellation is within 24hours of the appointment the full fee will be applied
Can I make specific preference requests when booking my appointment?

Yes, we understand that everyone has unique needs and preferences. Please ensure you let our team know of any specific requirements when you’re making your booking and we will do our best to accomodate special requests.

Are your clinicians background-checked and insured?

Yes, all of our practitioners are highly educated allied health professionals. All Bluey Mobile Health Group staff have completed their Working With Children Check, Police Check and NDIS screening check as a standard requirement prior to starting their employment with the company.
